“One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”

PROVERBS 18:24 NIV

Dear God,

I pursue goodness. I am friendly and peaceful.

I am wise and have understanding. I delight in knowledge.

I am righteous and unashamed.

My words are inspired by You and the Holy Spirit.

I am innocent and act justly.

The way I speak invites blessings.

I choose my words wisely and do not gossip.

Whatever I do, I do to the best of my ability.

Your name is a fortified tower to me, Lord. I run to You and am safe.

I am prosperous and successful, for I am Your child.

I am humble before You and am honored.

I listen carefully before answering.

My spirit is strong, because You are with me. I can endure anything in Your presence.

I am discerning and acquire knowledge. My ears seek it out.

Thank You for all Your gifts in my life and the lives of those I love, Father. I am ushered into Your presence daily.

I say what is right and true.

I have power and authority, because You live on the inside of me.

I settle disputes and quarrels.

I am grateful to be content and satisfied. I am filled with joy and gladness.

My tongue speaks life.

I am highly favored.

I am merciful and show grace.

I have reliable friends who stick closer than a brother.

In Jesus’s Name,

Amen.
