Affirmative prayer devotional adapted from a Bible chapter to assist you with your personal time, prayer, and conversations with God.
“‘Consider carefully what you hear,’ he continued. ‘With the measure you use, it will be measured to you—and even more. Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.’”
MARK 4:24-25 NIV
Dear God,
Thank You for Your teachings. I am surrounded by Your presence wherever I go.
I listen to You intently and keep Your words close to my heart.
I am deeply rooted in You, Lord.
I grow and am fruitful.
I have ears and hear Your voice.
I am grateful that the secret of Your kingdom is given and revealed to me.
I am seeing and perceiving, hearing and understanding. I am forgiven.
I know and understand You, Father.
I sow Your word to those around me.
I receive Your word and gifts with joy.
I shall never fall away from You, God.
I am at peace, prosperous, and desire You more than anything else.
I am open and honest before You. I live in Your light.
I am in possession of good things and am given even more.
I am faithful and unafraid.
I am obedient to You, Lord.
In Jesus’s Name,
Amen.
